Country Towers Mérida

Country Towers Mérida is a residential complex in Altabrisa featuring two identical high-rises called Torre Aqua and Torre Terra. The buildings contain roughly 190 apartments and multiple shared areas with green spaces.

Torre Aqua opened in 2014 as the complex's first building and marked an important moment in Mérida's development. Torre Terra followed the next year and completed the project.

The complex integrates contemporary housing standards with Mexican design elements visible throughout its shared spaces. Residents and visitors encounter green areas designed as gathering points within the development.

The location sits in an established neighborhood with good access to shops, schools, and clinics nearby. Note that this is a private residential area, so entry is restricted to residents and authorized visitors.

The two towers reach the same height and rank as the tallest residential buildings in the Yucatan region. This was a distinctive feature that made the complex stand out when it was completed.
