The 36-floor Devon Energy Tower rises 521 feet above Smith Street, featuring a three-sided footprint with glass and steel construction throughout its exterior.

The building opened in 1978 as Two Allen Center and later became known as Devon Energy Tower, ranking as the 24th tallest structure in Houston.

The tower includes a six-story glass rotunda with interior balconies that functions as a central gathering place for business and social functions.

The building contains 1,157,010 square feet of office space, with the law firm Chamberlain Hrdlicka occupying the thirteenth and fourteenth floors.

The structure incorporates a specialized mullion system with solar shade technology that changes the building's appearance as sunlight reflects off its surfaces.
