Beaumont Civic Center, Event venue in Downtown Beaumont, Texas

Beaumont Civic Center is a large event building in downtown Beaumont, Texas, used for concerts, conventions, exhibitions, and private gatherings. It has a main hall with a stage, exhibition floors, and several separate rooms that can host groups of different sizes.

The building opened in the early 1980s and in its first years hosted athletic competitions alongside other local events. Over time it grew into a general-purpose venue serving the wider Southeast Texas region.

The Civic Center is part of the Beaumont Civic Center Complex, which also takes in the Julie Rogers Theater and the Jefferson Theatre. It currently serves as the temporary home of the Beaumont Children's Museum, so families visiting for an event can also find the museum's exhibits inside the building.

The facility has ample parking directly on site, making it easy to arrive by car. Because the building has several entrances and zones, it helps to check in advance which entrance corresponds to your event.

The Lamar Cardinals men's basketball team played four seasons here, from 1980 to 1984, going 40–2 at the Civic Center. The venue hosted the Southland Conference men's basketball tournament in 1981, 1983 and 1984. Of the team's 80-game home winning streak begun at McDonald Gym in 1978, 43 wins came here before it ended on March 10, 1984.
