The Palacio de Valle presents Moorish architectural elements with ornate tiles, mosaics, detailed carvings, and fine woodwork crafted from imported materials throughout the structure.
Built between 1913 and 1917 by Italian architect Alfredo Colli for Cuban merchant Celestino Caces, the property was later acquired by Acisclo del Valle Blanco.
The structure incorporates Gothic, Byzantine, Mudejar, and Baroque design elements, reflecting the architectural experimentation prevalent in early twentieth-century Cuba.
Located at Calle 37 between Avenue 0 and Avenue 2, the palace operates as a restaurant and terrace bar, offering dining options with views of Cienfuegos Bay.
The structure, initially planned as a casino during the Batista era, transformed into a public dining venue after the Cuban Revolution of 1959.
