Trump Tower Punta del Este is a 26-story circular apartment tower on Playa Brava Beach, designed by Dujovne-Hirsch & Associates. It holds 154 apartments and two penthouses, with 107,500 sq ft of amenities including a two-story marble lobby, two movie theaters, indoor and outdoor pools, a spa and sauna, climate-controlled tennis courts, and a heliport on the roof.

Construction began in 2014 and the building reached completion in October 2022. The project represented one of the largest residential developments along Punta del Este's coastline during that period.

The tower's name comes from a licensing deal: Donald Trump lent his surname for royalties of $100,000 to $1 million. During construction, a ground-level billboard with his face drew tourists who posed for photos; it was removed in January 2017.

The tower stands on Playa Brava at Parada 9 1/2, and the interior is closed to visitors as a private residential building. The circular form and the concrete structure are best seen from the beach or the coastal promenade. Construction was halted in October 2019 and only resumed in November 2020, so the finished exterior dates from the October 2022 opening.

The tower's amenities cover 107,500 square feet, including two movie theaters, climate-controlled tennis courts, a wine cellar, a cigar lounge and a heliport on the roof. The circular design comes from Dujovne-Hirsch & Associates, the firm behind the project's plans.
