Nuart Theatre is a movie theater in West Los Angeles with one screen equipped with 4K DLP digital projection, 35mm projection, and 7.1 Dolby Surround Sound. The space provides technical specifications designed for quality film viewing.

The Nuart was built in 1929 on Santa Monica Boulevard, one block from the 405 Freeway. Landmark Theatres bought it in 1974, making it the chain's first theater, soon followed by others such as the UC Theater in Berkeley. The single-screen house was remodeled in 2006 and seats 303 people; in February 2024 it marked its 50th anniversary under Landmark.

The theater hosts screenings of independent films, international cinema, documentaries, and restored classics that draw filmmakers to the venue. Regular question and answer sessions with directors create opportunities for audiences to engage directly with the creative process.

The theater is located at 11272 Santa Monica Boulevard with parking available on surrounding streets. Beer and wine are sold at the concession stand for those who wish to purchase beverages.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show has screened every Saturday night with a live shadowcast since the 1980s, not at midnight. John Waters also filmed Nuart-specific trailers here, including a "No Smoking" spot in which he told patrons to smoke anyway.
