Pipeline: The Surf Coaster

The Pipeline surf coaster stretches across 2,950 feet of track, reaching speeds of 60 miles per hour through its course of twists and turns.

SeaWorld Orlando introduced Pipeline as their fourth Bolliger & Mabillard roller coaster on May 27, 2023, following previous installations of Mako, Manta, and Kraken.

The ride incorporates surfing themes into its design, with specialized surfboard-shaped vehicles that move up and down to recreate wave-riding motions.

Riders must measure between 54 and 78 inches tall to experience the 1-minute and 50-second journey through corkscrews, helixes, and horseshoe turns.

The coaster features specialized seats that vertically shift position during the ride, creating physical sensations that simulate surfing on ocean waves.
