Old Holy Redeemer Catholic Church

Old Holy Redeemer Catholic Church is a Gothic Revival building with pointed arch windows, steep pitched rooflines, and decorative brick patterns covering its exterior. The structure stands at 120 North Sproule Avenue in Kissimmee as a brick construction from the early 20th century.

The brick building was constructed in 1912 after the congregation had met in rented rooms for several years beforehand. The structure later changed ownership and was adapted for use by another religious group in the second half of the 20th century.

The church started as a mission of St. James in Orlando and served Kissimmee's growing Catholic community for many decades. It remains a recognizable landmark in the local neighborhood where people gathered for worship and community events.

The church is easy to spot with its distinctive Gothic Revival style along North Sproule Avenue in the neighborhood. Visitors can walk around the exterior to appreciate the architectural details and observe the building from the street.
