Walt Disney World Casting Center

The Walt Disney World Casting Center is an office building that serves as the main hiring location for the resort. It features a grand oval lobby with high ceilings and golden statues of famous Disney characters throughout the space.

This employment facility opened in 1989 as the central hiring location for all Walt Disney World Resort positions. Architect Robert A.M. Stern designed the building to centralize hiring for the entire resort operation.

The interior walls display paintings of theme parks and Walt Disney, connecting job seekers to the company's entertainment foundation. These visual elements shape how people experience the space when they arrive to apply for work.

Visitors enter through a long ramp decorated with Disney artwork that leads to the check-in area. Inside, document processing happens on the lower level while interviews and orientation sessions take place on the second floor.

The building features special doorknobs inspired by Alice in Wonderland scattered throughout the space. These playful design touches reflect the company's creative identity even in functional office areas.
