DisneyQuest, Indoor digital theme park in Orlando, United States
DisneyQuest was an indoor amusement park in Orlando, Florida, that combined arcade games and digital attractions across five levels. Central elevators connected the floors, where guests found virtual reality stations, interactive rides, and electronic gaming zones.
The facility opened in 1998 at Walt Disney World Resort as an experiment in digital entertainment and interactive technology. It closed in 2017 after Disney announced new plans for the area.
The facility integrated classic Disney characters with modern gaming technology, introducing visitors to new forms of digital storytelling and entertainment.
The complex operated daily during its years in business and featured several restaurants and seating areas throughout the floors. Those sensitive to motion should have been cautious with simulator rides.
Guests could design their own roller coaster in CyberSpace Mountain and immediately ride their creation in a rotating simulator. The arcade floor also mixed classic coin-operated machines with modern touchscreen games.
