One Rincon Hill, Residential skyscraper complex in South Beach, San Francisco, United States

The One Rincon Hill development features two towers reaching heights of 641 feet and 541 feet, offering 709 residential units near the Bay Bridge.

The site transformed from a 183-foot clock tower owned by Union 76 and Bank of America into the current residential complex following zoning changes in 2005.

The South Tower features a LED weather beacon system that displays different light patterns to indicate various weather conditions for the Bay Area region.

The complex contains high-speed elevators that transport residents from ground level to the mechanical floor in 26 seconds, serving 695 condominiums and 14 townhouses.

Four large water tanks installed at the top of the South Tower function as liquid mass dampers to reduce building movement during strong winds.
