The residential tower, completed in 2016, emerged during San Francisco's urban development phase to address increasing housing demands in the metropolitan area.
The Resident's Club incorporates design elements inspired by California wineries, offering communal spaces that transform from daytime work areas to evening dining venues.
The building contains 348 rental units and includes a dedicated amenity floor, multiple outdoor gardens, and four street-level townhouses integrated into the podium.
The structure presents a curving glass wall on its west facade that provides direct views of the Bay Bridge and Treasure Island.
