Spera SF, formerly 33 Tehama, is a 35-story, 380-foot residential complex at 39 Tehama Street in the South of Market neighborhood of San Francisco, part of the Transbay development area around the Salesforce Transit Center. It holds 403 residential units and 700 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

Construction of the residential complex began in 2015 under Hines Interests Limited Partnership and Invesco, with completion in 2018. Following flooding incidents in 2022, the building was rebranded as Spera San Francisco.

A ground-floor art installation by Yayoi Kusama was part of the complex, but it was destroyed in 2021 after a vehicle crashed into the property. The building also carries the name Spera SF, adopted when it reopened in 2024 with its address changed to 39 Tehama Street.
