Completed in 1999, the Esquire Tower was designed by architecture firm Hellmuth, Obata and Kassabaum to expand Sacramento's commercial infrastructure during the city's growth period.
The ground floor of Esquire Tower incorporates an IMAX theater and restaurant, making it both a workplace and entertainment center for Sacramento residents.
Located at 1215 K Street, the building provides 248,816 square feet of office space with direct access to downtown parking facilities and public transportation.
The tower features observation points on its upper levels that present views of the Sacramento River, the Sierra Nevada mountains, and the California State Capitol.
