Bassi Falls

Bassi Falls is a waterfall in Eldorado National Forest where water drops approximately 120 feet over granite cliffs in multiple tiers. The base features a clear pool, with additional naturally formed pools at different elevations along the water's descent.

The waterfall became known as the area gained protection as part of Eldorado National Forest. Since then, it has remained a natural landmark that people visit to experience the landscape.

The falls draw visitors who swim in natural pools and photograph the surrounding Sierra Nevada landscape. The waterfall is a place where people come to enjoy the wild forest environment.
