TD Tower is a 116.7 m (383 ft) office skyscraper at 10088 102 Avenue NW in Downtown Edmonton, with 29 above-ground floors counted by the Council on Vertical Urbanism. It was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and developed by Oxford Properties, and forms part of the Edmonton City Centre complex. The building is directly integrated with the Edmonton City Centre retail complex and the downtown Pedway network.

The tower was completed in 1976 during a period of strong economic growth in Alberta and Edmonton. It represents the wave of commercial building that shaped the city's downtown skyline during this era.

TD Tower takes its name from TD Bank, one of its largest tenants, alongside PricewaterhouseCoopers and the law firms Chomicki Baril Mah LLP and McCuaig Desrochers. The tower is part of Edmonton City Centre, and its interior links to the Pedway, so people walk between the shops, offices and the LRT without going outside.

TD Tower is a working office building, not a public attraction, so there is no observation deck or lobby tour. Visitors can walk the Edmonton City Centre mall and the downtown Pedway, which link the tower to the LRT and neighbouring buildings without going outside. The tower holds nine passenger elevators, five for the high-rise and four for the low-rise portion.

Leasing materials list 28 floors, while the Council on Vertical Urbanism counts 29 above-ground floors using its standardized tall-building method. The tower also holds LEED Gold, BOMA BEST Gold and WiredScore Silver certifications after 2015 renovations. Nine passenger elevators serve the building: five for the high-rise portion and four for the low-rise portion.
