Oxford Tower, now known as 102A Tower, is a 23-storey office tower standing 102.89 metres tall in downtown Edmonton, part of the Edmonton City Centre complex. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and completed in 1974, it holds about 244,945 square feet of office space across a typical floor plate of 11,825 square feet, with eight passenger elevators and indoor pedway links to Edmonton City Centre Mall.

The tower was designed by Skidmore Owings Merrill and completed in 1974 during a period of major urban expansion in Edmonton. It represents the city's push to develop modern commercial infrastructure as the oil industry drove regional growth.

The tower's name has changed with its main tenants: Royal Trust Tower in 1974, Midland Walwyn Tower in 1995, Merrill Lynch Tower after 1998, City Centre Place by 2008, Oxford Tower around 2013, and 102A Tower after the 2019 sale. Its ground level connects directly to Edmonton City Centre Mall through indoor pedways.

The building is easily accessible by car with parking available nearby for visitors and tenants in the downtown area. Its central location provides good public transit connections and easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.

The building has been renamed several times: it opened in 1974 as Royal Trust Tower, became Midland Walwyn Tower in 1995, Merrill Lynch Tower after the 1998 merger, City Centre Place by 2008, Oxford Tower around 2013-14, and finally 102A Tower after the 2019 sale of Edmonton City Centre. Eight passenger elevators serve its 23 storeys.
