10104 103 Ave, formerly the Bell Tower, is a 32-storey glass-and-aluminum office skyscraper in downtown Edmonton, Alberta. Completed in 1982, it stands 130 metres tall and is connected by pedway to the MNP Tower, Sandman Signature Hotel and Edmonton City Centre mall. A 60-foot granite wall sculpture by John Weaver was unveiled at its opening.
The building was completed in 1982 and initially functioned as headquarters for a major financial institution. After that organization closed several years later, other businesses moved into the space.
The tower's names track its tenants: Canadian Commercial Bank Tower until the bank failed in 1985, Canada Trust Tower after Truscan Realty bought a stake in 1986, and Bell Tower from 2000 when Bell Canada leased space. Owner Aspen Properties later rebranded it by its address, 10104 103 Ave.
The building is equipped with elevators and multiple parking levels to make access convenient for visitors and workers. Inside you will find a fitness center and additional service areas that enhance your time in the building.
A 60-foot granite wall sculpture by artist John Weaver was unveiled at the building's official opening on March 23, 1982. The work marks the tower's debut as the Canadian Commercial Bank Tower, built by Oxford Development Group at a cost of $75 million.
