Saint George Parish

Saint George Parish is an administrative region on the western side of Dominica that stretches from the coast inland. The area includes several neighborhoods and settlements centered around the capital city Roseau.

This administrative region was one of the ten original divisions established in the early organization of Dominica. It developed into the country's main administrative center with Roseau serving as the seat of government.

The communities within Saint George Parish maintain traditional farming practices while integrating modern urban development in neighborhoods such as Bath Estate and Kings Hill.

The region has important public facilities like government offices, hospitals, and schools serving the population. Visitors will find shops, restaurants, and accommodations spread across the different neighborhoods.
