IZD Tower, Office tower in Donaustadt, Austria
The IZD Tower stands as a 140-meter-tall structure with 41 floors, featuring a glass-covered atrium connecting its high-rise section to a five-story base building.
Construction of the tower began in November 1998 and concluded in August 2001, marking a new phase in Vienna's commercial district development.
The building serves as headquarters for multiple international organizations, including the US Mission to International Organizations and diplomatic missions.
The tower contains fourteen elevators and an underground parking facility spanning four levels with spaces for 456 vehicles, facilitating seamless access for occupants.
A hammerhead-shaped projection extends more than twelve meters from the facade above the 38th floor, creating a distinct silhouette in Vienna's skyline.
