DC Tower 3 is a 110-metre-high residential tower in Vienna's 22nd district, Donaustadt, built between 2019 and 2022 to plans by Dietrich/Untertrifaller Architekten. It has 34 upper floors and five basement levels, with 22,800 m² of usable space housing 832 apartments, a fitness studio and a roof terrace. The structure is supported by piles reaching up to 35 metres deep.

DC Tower 3 was built between 2019 and 2022 by the S+B Gruppe to plans by the Austrian office Dietrich/Untertrifaller, as the third tower of the DC Towers group in Donaustadt. It was sold for over 100 million euros to the US real estate company Greystar Real Estate Partners, which took over the building on 28 February 2022.

The tower is used as a student residence with 832 apartments, plus a fitness studio and a roof terrace. It was built by the S+B Gruppe and sold for over 100 million euros to the US investor Greystar Real Estate Partners, which took delivery on 28 February 2022.

The tower stands in Donaustadt between Wagramer Straße, the Reichsbrücke and the U1 rail tracks, so it is reached on foot from that U1 corridor.
