Central Park spans 20 hectares of land, with 14 hectares dedicated to green spaces featuring over 2,100 trees of 19 different species.
The park's first section opened in May 2019 following the redevelopment of the former Sovetski neighborhood under architect Yans Hoffman's design.
Seven recreation and play areas accommodate different age groups, creating spaces for community gatherings and outdoor activities throughout the year.
The park includes an underground parking facility for 347 vehicles, modern lighting systems, security cameras, and efficient irrigation networks across 6.5 kilometers.
Nine fountains punctuate the landscape while 137,000 flowers and shrubs transform the urban space into an extensive botanical collection.
