The museum opened on December 28, 1994, during the 125th anniversary celebration of Jalil Mammadguluzadeh, following its establishment in 1978.
The exhibition rooms present manuscripts, photographs, and personal items that document the literary contributions of the Azerbaijani writer and journalist.
The museum, located on Suleyman Taghizade Street, maintains regular visiting hours and provides guided tours through its collection of 3000 historical items.
