Sitnyakovo

The Sitnyakovo building exhibits curved lines and natural forms in its facade design, complemented by decorative elements throughout its exterior architecture.

Built in 1904 by architect Georgi Fingov, the residence served as a venue for Ferdinand I to sign a treaty between Balkan countries in 1913.

The building functioned as a gathering place for the Writer's Union during the communist period before returning to Tsar Simeon II in the 1990s.
