Brampton Jain Temple

The Bhagwan 1008 Adinatha Swamy Jain Temple features marble carvings and traditional architectural designs, with shrines dedicated to Rishabhanatha, the first Tirthankara.

Constructed in 2011 under the guidance of Bhattarak Charukeerthi from Moodabidri, India, this temple marks the first Jain religious center in Canada built with traditional Indian architecture.

The temple hosts daily prayers, religious discourses, and celebrations of Jain festivals, serving over 250 families in the Greater Toronto Area.

Visitors can access the temple on Sundays from 11 AM to 2 PM, with additional hours available by appointment, and participate in regular events including Abhishek and pujan.

The temple includes a Manastambh pride pillar at its entrance, making it the second Jain temple in North America to feature this architectural element.
