Guangzhou University City Stadium is a sports facility in the Higher Education Mega Center that features a 400-meter running track encircling a football pitch. The concrete and steel structure accommodates approximately 39,000 spectators.

The stadium opened in May 2007 and hosted the opening and closing ceremonies of the 8th National University Games that year. It was a main competition venue for the 2010 Asian Games, staging rugby and football matches. From 2013 it hosted the China Women's Sevens round of the IRB Women's Sevens World Series, and in 2015 it served as Guangzhou R&F's temporary home ground.

The stadium hosts concerts as well as sport: Eason Chan performed on 30 September 2016, Mayday on 25 and 26 March 2017, and Joker Xue on 27 and 28 November 2021. Its roof combines green and white panels, a design meant to evoke the clouds of Baiyun Mountain and the Pearl River.

The stadium is accessible through the Higher Education Mega Center South Station and regularly hosts public events and training sessions. Check ahead about any scheduled competitions or events before visiting, as these may affect general access to the facilities.
