Poly Plaza is a 61-floor skyscraper in eastern Guangzhou with a sleek glass facade. The tower houses office spaces, retail areas, and conference facilities throughout its height.

The complex was built in two stages: the three 19- to 22-storey office blocks of Parcel 5 were finished in 2015, and the two main towers, C1 (197 m) and C2 (311 m), were completed in 2017. The lighting ceremony on 13 September 2018 marked the official opening. In 2021 the CTBUH named it the world's best tall building in the 300–399 m category.

Locals call the complex "Shengdeng Tower" (provincial stool) because its stacked, rounded-square floors resemble the plastic stools common across Guangdong. The east tower's 53rd to 59th floors hold the headquarters of Poly Developments and Holdings, and the podium links the two towers.

The building is easily accessible via multiple subway lines and bus routes in the business district. Visitors can find ground-level entrances leading to information desks and retail areas.

The tower uses specialized Hitachi elevators and Dow Corning sealing systems designed to handle Guangzhou's humid subtropical climate. These technical solutions protect the structure from moisture and temperature fluctuations common to the region.
