Fortune Center

Fortune Center is a 309-meter-tall skyscraper with 73 above-ground floors and 4 underground levels in Guangzhou's financial district. The structure features postmodern design and houses modern office spaces for both local and international businesses.

The building was designed by South China University of Technology in 2011 and completed by 2015. It was integrated into the Pearl River New City B2-10 project, which reshaped the city's economic core.

The tower marks Guangzhou's transformation into a modern business hub and serves as a visual symbol of the city's rapid growth over recent decades. Its presence shapes how visitors and residents perceive the evolving urban landscape.
