Grand International Mansion

The Grand International Mansion is a postmodern skyscraper reaching 350 meters tall with a distinctive glass and steel structure. It contains 60 floors above ground and 6 basement levels, providing extensive office space throughout.

Construction began in 2008 with the building's completion and opening in 2012. The project was carried out by the Guangzhou Municipal Construction Group Joint Venture.

The building symbolizes Guangzhou's shift from a traditional trading port into a modern business hub. Its presence in the skyline reflects the city's rapid economic evolution and contemporary identity.
