R&F Centre

R&F Centre is a modern skyscraper in Tianhe built from glass and steel, rising 54 stories into the Guangzhou skyline. The building houses international consulates, chambers of commerce, and corporate headquarters across various industries.

Construction of this commercial tower began in 2005 and finished in 2007 during a period of rapid growth in Guangzhou's business areas. Its completion marked a turning point in the region's urban modernization.

The tower blends modern construction with inspiration from traditional Chinese design elements visible in its outer form. This combination shapes how the district looks and shows how contemporary architecture draws from local traditions.

The building sits on Huaxia Road near Zhujiang New Town Station, with Exit B2 providing direct access to the site. The central location makes it easy to reach by public transport.

The facade displays asymmetrically carved corners and vertical stripes that expand and compress as they run up the building's height. This surface detail stems from the design's inspiration drawn from traditional jade vessels.
