The project was conceived in the early 2000s and grew to become a symbol of modern prosperity in Guangzhou during the city's economic boom. Its completion marked the end of a period of intense urban transformation in the city center.
The building incorporates the 208-unit Park Hyatt Guangzhou hotel and allocates 114,500 square meters of office space with 10,000 square meters for retail ventures.
The building is well connected to public transit networks and features multiple elevators and stairs for accessing different areas. Visitors can find several entrances that provide straightforward access to the various functional zones.
