Tianjin Water Park, Urban park in Nankai District, Tianjin, China
The recreational complex extends over 126 hectares with three lakes, nine islands, and extensive gardens connected by decorative pathways and bridges.
The area originated as Green Dragon Pond in the first century AD and transformed into a public park, officially opening on July 1, 1951.
The Bibozhuang garden, constructed in 1986, spans 15,000 square meters and exhibits traditional Chinese architectural elements through its layout and structures.
The park operates daily from 6:00 to 21:00 without entrance fees, offering activities such as boating, garden walks, and children's entertainment facilities.
The three main water bodies - East Lake, West Lake, and South Lake - contain eleven islands that feature both Chinese and international architectural designs.
