Liu's manor in Dayi

The Liu family estate spans 70,000 square meters with five mansions featuring gray walls, stone foundations, and wooden architectural elements in western Sichuan style.

Built in 1932, the manor belonged to Liu Wencai, who maintained substantial political influence in the region during the 1930s and 1940s until his death.

The estate contains exhibits of traditional Chinese craftsmanship, including detailed wood carvings, paintings, and sculptures depicting rural life and natural landscapes.

Located 41 kilometers from Chengdu, the estate opens daily from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with guided tours available to navigate the extensive compound.

The manor houses multiple exhibition halls that present local history through clay sculptures and artifacts documenting the economic development of Sichuan Province.
