Jinli Ancient Street

The 350-meter long pedestrian street contains wooden structures with curled rooftops, red lanterns, and numerous shops selling handicrafts and local food.

Established during the Qin Dynasty over 2000 years ago as a commercial center, the street underwent extensive renovation and reopened to visitors in 2004.

The street maintains traditional Chinese elements through its tea houses, performance spaces, and regular celebrations of festivals like Dragon Boat and Mid-Autumn.

Located at 231 Wuhouyu Street, this free-access attraction remains open throughout the day and takes approximately two to three hours to explore thoroughly.

After sunset, hundreds of red lanterns illuminate the ancient-style buildings, while local vendors prepare traditional Sichuan dishes in their open-front shops.
