Kin Sang Estate

Kin Sang Estate is a public housing complex in Tuen Mun consisting of four residential towers named Hong Sang House, Lok Sang House, Tai Sang House, and Yue Sang House. These buildings stand together at Leung Wan Street, creating a compact residential neighborhood.

The estate opened in 1989 as the district's eleventh public housing development, offering thousands of residential units to local families. Years later, selected apartments were offered for purchase, allowing residents to transition from renting to homeownership.

The residential complex operates within School Net 70, connecting families to multiple educational institutions including the Tuen Mun Government Primary School.

The estate connects directly to the Light Rail through the Kin Sang station, providing convenient access to the broader region. The central location offers good accessibility to nearby shops, schools, and public services.

In 1998, selected apartments within the estate became available for purchase under the Tenants Purchase Scheme Phase 1, transforming rental units into ownership opportunities.
