The mansion was built during the Shunzhi period of the Qing Dynasty and served as the residence of Aisin Gioro Luolohun, son of a high-ranking Qing noble family. Its construction reflects the wealth and social position of the imperial household during that time.
The residence displays traditional Chinese architecture with decorated brick carvings and painted beams reflecting Qing Dynasty design principles. These elements remain visible today and show how wealthy families lived during that era.
