The cornerstone displays two maxims in Chinese characters: 'Willing to serve the public' and 'One salvation for all peoples', representing community dedication.

Located at 51 Bridges Street, the center operates from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM on weekdays and Saturdays, offering various youth programs and community services.

The building contains multiple facilities including an assembly hall, social room, fitness area, dormitory, library, and swimming pool across 10,800 square feet.
