Island Pacific Hotel is a 29-storey, 4-star hotel at 152 Connaught Road West in Sai Ying Pun, with its main entrance facing Centre Street. It opened in 1999 under Sino Group management and holds 328 rooms: 320 standard rooms and 8 suites. Facilities include a gym, a banquet hall, the Chinese-Western buffet restaurant and Centre Street Bar.

The 29-storey tower opened in 1999 as the Island Pacific Hotel, managed by Sino Group, with 328 rooms. It closed abruptly on 10 April 2021, and a week later the South China Morning Post reported that the Office for Safeguarding National Security had leased it as a temporary office. On 13 May 2025 it was designated a restricted place under the National Security Law.

The hotel opened in 1999 as the Green Crystal Hotel, with its main entrance facing Centre Street. Its restaurants and bar carried local names such as 中西環, and in 2009 it housed athletes competing in the East Asian Games.

The building sits near multiple MTR stations and bus routes, making it easy to explore various city districts. Its central location on Connaught Road West makes it a reference point for getting oriented in the surrounding area.

On 13 May 2025 the Island Pacific Hotel was declared a prohibited place by the Chief Executive in Council under the Safeguarding National Security Ordinance, after the Office for Safeguarding National Security took it over as temporary office space in 2021.
