Logan Century Center 1, Supertall skyscraper in Nanning, China
Logan Century Center 1 is a supertall tower reaching 390 meters with a rectangular form divided into four rising segments that dominate the Nanning skyline. The building contains 82 floors above ground and 4 below, connected by 32 elevators serving office spaces and hotel facilities throughout.
The project was introduced in 2010 by Logan Real Estate Co., Ltd., with construction beginning in 2013 and completing in 2018. This tower marked a significant growth phase in Nanning's high-rise development and vertical urban landscape.
The tower's crown features petal-shaped segments inspired by the lotus flower, connecting the structure to local symbolism and the botanical heritage of the region.
The tower's 32 elevators ensure efficient access to different levels throughout the structure. Its central location in Nanning makes it easily reachable and well-positioned for exploring the surrounding urban area.
A 2,000 square meter business sky-park on the building offers outdoor areas and green spaces that contrast with the urban surroundings. Vertical aluminum fins along the facade reduce solar heat absorption while creating a distinctive visual effect.
