Logan Century Center 1

Logan Century Center 1 reaches a height of 390 meters with its rectangular structure divided into four segments that rise through the Nanning skyline.

Construction of this mixed-use tower began in 2013 after Logan Real Estate Co., Ltd. introduced the project in 2010, reaching completion in 2018.

The building's design incorporates elements of local flora, with its upper segments forming the shape of lotus flower petals at the tower's summit.

The structure contains 82 floors above ground and 4 below, served by 32 elevators that transport visitors through office spaces and hotel facilities.

A 2,000 square meter business sky-park provides outdoor podiums and green spaces, complemented by aluminum vertical fins that reduce solar heat absorption.
