Gospel Church, Mianyang

The Church Missionary Society established the Gospel Church between 1885 and 1895, marking the beginning of Anglican presence in western Sichuan.

The church grounds contained educational facilities and a dairy factory, introducing new learning opportunities and production methods to the local community.

Three pastors and twenty-six volunteer preachers serve approximately eight thousand baptized Christians across thirty meeting locations in the Mianyang area.

The original structure followed local courtyard house design patterns, covering 2800 square meters before its 1995 reconstruction into a two-story building.
