Karlsaue, Baroque garden in Kassel, Germany.

The Karlsaue Park spans 150 hectares along the Fulda River, featuring multiple lakes, canals, fountains, and meticulously arranged natural spaces.

Initially a marsh, the area transformed into a geometric Baroque garden in the 16th century under Landgrave Karl von Hessen-Kassel's direction.

The Orangerie building, constructed in 1710, now functions as an astronomy cabinet and hosts exhibitions during the international documenta art festival.

The park provides numerous walking paths, cycling routes, public restrooms, and parking facilities near the main entrances for convenient access.

The Siebenbergen Island within the park contains a botanical garden with rare oak tree species and seasonal flower displays.
