St. Blasius, Romanesque Revival church in Hamm, Germany
The three-nave basilica features a prominent tower and stands at Hammer Dorfstrasse 121, contributing to the Düsseldorf district's religious architecture.
Built between 1909 and 1911 on foundations of an 1825 structure, St. Blasius received extensive repairs after World War II damage before services resumed in 1947.
The church maintains regular religious services, including Sunday morning mass at 9:30 AM and special ceremonies for children on the first Sunday monthly.
The church building remains open daily from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with additional access during service times and pastoral office hours on weekdays.
The Romanus Seifert & Sohn organ, installed in 1955, contains 34 registers across three manuals and a pedalboard with electrical control systems.
