Harenberg City-Center, Office building in Innenstadt-West, Germany
The Harenberg City-Center includes a 21-story high-rise tower connected to a curved wing through a glass-enclosed central hall at Königswall.
German construction company Hochtief completed this modern architectural structure in 1994, following designs by architect Eckhard Gerber from 1989.
The event room rotunda within the complex regularly hosts exhibitions and performances by international artists, musicians, and cultural figures.
The building encompasses 29,000 square meters of floor space across 19 above-ground levels, accommodating approximately 600 employees from 20 different companies.
The structure forms an architectural edge near Dortmund's train station, featuring a ground floor with exposed concrete that allows flexible interior space usage.
