Infobox, Information center in Mitte, Germany.

The Info-Box was a temporary red structure elevated on stilts above the construction site at Potsdamer Platz. Its interior contained exhibition spaces with models, photographs, and displays explaining the planned development projects that were reshaping the area.

This structure was created following an architectural competition and opened in 1995 to document Berlin's reunification and urban renewal. It was designed as a temporary installation that would be removed once the surrounding construction projects neared completion.

The structure served as a viewing hub where people gathered to witness the dramatic reshaping of this central Berlin district in real time. Its distinctive red color and elevated position made it a visible landmark that reflected the energy of the city's transformation.

The building was easy to spot due to its red color and elevated position above street level, making it visible from far away. Visitors could move through different exhibition levels to survey the entire construction site from above.

Despite being designed to last only six years, millions of visitors from around the world came to witness this unique urban transformation firsthand. It became one of the most visited temporary structures of its era and helped define the city's character during a pivotal moment in German history.
