Maharaja Fateh Singh Museum, Royal art museum in Vadodara, India.
The Maharaja Fateh Singh Museum occupies a section of the Lakshmi Vilas Palace complex, featuring European and Indian art collections across two floors.
Originally built as Motibaug School in 1875 for Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad III's children, the building was converted into a museum in 1961.
The museum displays over thirty original paintings by Raja Ravi Varma, including portraits of the Gaekwad royal family and scenes from Hindu mythology.
Visitors can explore the museum from 10 AM to 5:30 PM every day except Mondays, with entry fees of 150 rupees for Indian adults and 300 for foreigners.
The museum houses a functioning miniature toy train, presented as a gift to Prince Ranjitsinh Gaekwad on his fifth birthday.
