The grounds are open daily from 10:30 AM to 5 PM and accessible through three gates from different parts of Vadodara. Visitors find shade under the trees and can explore the facilities on foot.
A mechanical floral clock mechanism roughly 20 feet across sits below the dial face and moves the hands from within. This installation was the first of its kind in Gujarat and still draws visitors today.
