Lameta Formation

The Lameta Formation is a geological unit spanning across Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra with layers of mudrock, sandstone, and limestone stacked on top of each other. These rock layers were laid down over time and now contain preserved remains of ancient life.
