The center teaches two meditation approaches that visitors can experience directly: one focuses on spinal energy centers, the other on bodily energy points. These practices shape the daily spiritual life here.
The center holds regular sessions with scripture study, meditation, and devotional singing at different times throughout the day. Visitors should expect a quiet, focused setting and wear comfortable clothing to participate in the practices.
A white marble sanctuary in the eastern section serves as a focal point for meditation and worship, where practitioners regularly gather. This sacred space can hold up to 250 people at once and forms the heart of daily spiritual activities.
