Jogger's Park

Jogger's Park is a waterfront exercise space in Bandra offering running and training areas for different activities. The location features both paved and natural surfaces for training and is used by runners, walkers, and fitness enthusiasts of all levels.

The site was once a waste area before being converted into a public training space in the 1990s. This transformation happened through collaboration between local activists, supporters, and the community working together.

The park is most active early in the morning and most accessible during these hours when many visitors are out. The flat terrain makes it easy to navigate, and there are simple entry points from nearby Carter Road.

This location hosted Mumbai's first laughter group, a movement where people gathered to promote well-being through shared laughter together. This tradition shows how the place contributes to emotional health beyond just physical training.
