Pizzo del Diavolo della Malgina

Pizzo del Diavolo della Malgina reaches 2,924 meters in elevation and stands as the sixth highest peak in the Orobie Bergamasche mountain range.

The mountain received its name to differentiate it from another Pizzo del Diavolo located in Val Brembana, establishing its distinct identity in the region.

Local mountaineering traditions center around the summit's metal cross with a bell, marking the achievement of reaching this challenging Alpine destination.

The ascent involves a total elevation gain of 2,050 meters across a marked trail from Grumetti to Rifugio Curò, followed by path 308 to Lago della Malgina.

From the peak, climbers observe an extensive panorama including Pizzo Recastello, Monte Gleno, Monte Torena, and the valleys of the Bergamo Alps.
